Having access issues?

Try these quick checks:

  1. Ensure power is turned on by checking the power indicator light is green.
  2. Ensure that all cables are firmly in place from the computer to the modem.
  3. To ensure you are receiving maximum signal strength to your modem, change the position of the modem until the signal light is amber or green.

Available Ethernet or USB port
